A colorful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance on you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

You have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a large sofa bed for one person...in addition, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a guest toilet, an open dining room and a kitchen, at your disposal. And all this, idyllically, right in the middle of the oldest pedestrian zone in Germany. GREAT central location. On approx. 82 square meters you can feel comfortable here.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Built in 2018, our small but fine attic apartment in Oldenburg is about 500 meters from the university and only 2 km from the city center. It is located in a 2-family house from the 1920s and is very quiet. The 43 square meter apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. It has a living-bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchen (induction, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), a bright dining area as well as bathroom and storage room. The garden may be used by the tenants.

Da mehrere Linien dort abfahren gibt es ca alle 10 Minuten einen Bus der in die Stadt und zum ZOB fährt. Per Fuß sind es 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
