Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer denkmalgeschützen Stadtvilla nur 10 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Es ist 2021 komplett saniert worden und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Auf ca. 40qm kannst du es dir mit bis zu 4 Personen gemütlich machen. Über die große Fensterfront in den Garten hast du einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Falls ihr mit mehr als 4 Gästen anreisen wollt, könnt ihr auch unser AirBnB "Linden Retreat" buchen. Dieses befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter.

Hiking, cycling & horseback riding trails are in the immediate vicinity, as well as natural lakes, SUP possible, Hasbruch primeval forest, the golf course & the monastery in Hude....Oldenburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car. All daily shopping is in Hude.

Welcome to the apartment "To'n Katteker" in Aschhauserfeld near the Zwischenahner Meer! Katteker is Low German, means squirrel and here the name says it all, because these and many other wild animals can be best observed from the living room with a vintage sofa. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and two bedrooms offer peace and quiet to relax. The apartment is located on an old farm in the landscape conservation area with good access to cycling and hiking trails.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 2nd floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people on approx. 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyllic place. The farm has a very special soul to discover.

Modern apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn

Welcome to our beautiful apartment "Ausguck" in Petersfehn. The apartment was completed in August 2018 and impresses with its cozy character in the attic. The modern maritime furnished apartment has two bedrooms. The apartment was newly renovated in September 2024. Outside, in front of the house, there is a playground for vacationing children, as well as a large table and a beach chair for our guests in our courtyard on our mussel bed.

The property is ground level, fully furnished and located in a pleasant residential area. Good highway access (A28, about 3 km), shopping, restaurants and the Swarte Moor Lake for walks in nature. The city bus stops right outside the front door. A small garden makes this place a cozy retreat.
