The small 40 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor is located on a former four-sided courtyard in the old village center. The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
