Within 1.5-3 km, there are shops, restaurants, excursion destinations and fishing villages: Gullholmen, Käringön, Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and kayak rentals.

There is a golf course, hiking trails, swimming area, fishing, kayaking. The nature is exotic in the area and there is a lot of cultural history. The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. From Liseberg, you can reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 meters from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or friends. Electric vehicle charging is available (extra cost will be added).

A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed.
