Rural charm close to the city and beach

In 2024 we bought “Stavelund”. There is a main house, and in extension of it a 67 m2 holiday apartment. The vacation rental was originally an old barn, but many years ago it was converted into a residential property with a spacious kitchen, a large living room, and a bedroom. From the living room's wooden deck, you have a view of the garden and the field, while from the kitchen (entrance), you have a view of our five chickens. The apartment is freshly painted in 2025, but still has older carpet. With us you get the country life - but are still close to the city and the beach :-)

If you want to enjoy what Bornholm does best in the summer, beautiful unique nature experiences, then you will enjoy a stay at this abandoned farm close to super cozy Årsdale and Svaneke. You are close to the most beautiful bathing spots in the rocks, local environment, hiking trails and kayaking opportunities. You get the entire apartment on the first floor for yourself, with your own roof terrace and with a shared courtyard terrace and dinner spot by the field. Here are two rooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom.

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

High on a valley 300 m from the cliffs between Gudhjem and Svaneke lies Pyttegårdens holiday resort overlooking the Baltic Sea. Here 75 sqm. housing with an eye for practicality and coziness with terrace, garden and sea view. One room with a double bed, another with two single beds, a shower room, a large kitchen, a living room with a dining and sofa area, and a wood-burning stove. Rural with large garden and nature plot 300 meters from the sea and 4 km from Gudhjem. Perfect for 2-4 guests. Rental of bedding and towels DKK 150 per person.

Stenhuggeren garden - glamping (garden camping) In the heart of Bornholm, in a large and undisturbed garden with a view of the sunset over the fields up towards Almindingen - where Nydamsåen winds through the garden, which is laid out in cottage style, there are two tents (5 m in diameter), which are cozy and furnished with a double bed or two single beds. There is access to a shared toilet and bathroom as well as a well-equipped  kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and two shelves in the fridge/drawer in the freezer.

Historic and charming cottage in Tejn - only 2 kilometers from Allinge - and a stone's throw from the water. In the beautiful "Yellow House" you will find a modernized cottage with charm, fireplace, open kitchen, orangery, barbecue, terrace, bay window overlooking the water and only 400 meters to a beach. The house is equipped with a terrace where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or food in the sun. There are two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as bicycles for free use.

Balkahytten 150 meters from the beach, up to 4 people.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

On the edge of Blykobbe Plantage, 700 meters from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard, lies this tiny house. Its location allows you to enjoy wonderful nature experiences, great hikes, running and mountain biking routes, and it's a good starting point for all the fantastic experiences that Bornholm has to offer. The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and has all the basics for a good holiday. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, with bus connections nearby and free parking.

Prepare our biodynamic products on your gas grill and grab something cold to drink from your fridge. Visit the bird towers on foot a few kilometers from the wagon. Frederik the V's Stenbrudsgaard, Master Smith's Residence

The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
