Wood cabin-house for large families in Harz

Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

This beautiful modern apartment, renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster, in the former glass studio Rautschke, is beautifully located on the outskirts of the village. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The entire apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible. Very close is the hotel complex on the Rothenberg, where you can do sauna massages bowls archery , rent bicycles, etc.

The apartment we offer has a size of 100 square meters. It impresses with a spacious living room with attached dining area and a beautiful view over Bad Sachsa. A huge balcony (40 m ²) with sitting area, sunbeds, awning and barbecue facilities (electric grill) completes your stay. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with people 5 and 6 having to use the sofa bed in the living room.
