Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

Olas Yard

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Welcome to your own apartment on the second floor of this spacious house in the heart of Österlen. Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the block next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, ATM, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests, a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony (sun most of the day - south/west).

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Österlen, 150 m to Sweden most lovely beach !

Guest house is located about 150m from the beachesand parking directly on the plot. Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!

Vallby Old Small School

Boende mitt i den vackraste delen av Österlen. Nära Simrishamn, nära stränder. Lägenhet i två plan. BV stort rum med kök, köksö, matbord, soffgrupp, badrum. Övre plan luftigt, öppet i nock. Hall med tre sängar och ett sovrum med 180 cm säng. Trädgård med gott om separata sittgrupper, möjlighet att grilla. Parkering på tomten. Hyrs ut veckovis söndag-söndag från slutet juni till slutet av augusti. Lakan finns att hyra för 150 kr/set. Gäster städar före avfärd.
