Latin Quarter, elegant and new

In the famous Latin Quarter, very central, charming and safe. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame, opposite the Cardinal Lemoine metro station. In a typical Parisian historic half-timbered building, everything is new and has just been tastefully renovated. Guests say it's charming, they love the decor, the air conditioning, the toilet, the big screen, the HiFi system. This is the apartment we live in when we're in Paris. It has all the comforts possible!
