Here you will have your own holiday apartment located on the 1st floor with a staircase from the reception. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils as well as a private toilet and bathroom. You live close to the forest, one of the world's most beautiful beaches, Dueodde, and delicious gastronomic experiences.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Welcome to our new cozy little annex on our farm on SydBornholm – a place for you who want to enjoy nature and tranquility. The annex is minimalistically decorated with a relaxed, Nordic atmosphere. Outside, you live in the middle of the countryside with fields and lots of wildlife. We live on the farm ourselves with our two children and our very friendly dog, who roams freely. You must be prepared for normal sounds from a family with children and for the fact that the annex is part of our everyday life here in the countryside.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms. 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with a single bed and a children's bed, 1 room with a double children's bed (180 cm long), 1 room with a sofa bed, as well as a playroom where there is room for an air mattress. Beautiful living room and dining room as well as bathroom with bathtub. In addition, there is a courtyard with a covered terrace and a large garden with a trampoline. The house is 3 km from the most beautiful beach and also close to shopping.

Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
