Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Das kleine Hinterhaus wurde 2023 aufwendig von uns renoviert und freut sich ab sofort auf euren Besuch. :) Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Alleinreisende oder Paare. Kann aber problemlos auch von Beispielsweise zwei Kollegen genutzt werden. Mit 4 Personen , also Zwei Paare die nicht viel Platz benötigen und gut miteinander auskommen ist sie nur im Notfall zu empfehlen, daher haben wir die Gästeanzahl auch auf 3 Personen angepasst.

Our rental is mainly aimed at business travellers and field staff, but also private travellers who are in the vicinity of Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to the Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

We rent a 06.2018 renovated house with about 90 m² living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal.Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here you can do both hikes and day trips by bike or car.

Ideal for fitters, trade fairs or vacation - 4 people or 4 couples, because 3 bedrooms with double beds and the living room with the big couch (for 2 people) can be used as a bedroom. The open kitchen with anteroom and dining area is so large that you can sit together when the living room is used as a bedroom. A mobile guest bed can be used as an extra bed. Some guests have put this in the large housekeeping room to sleep alone.
