The house is very comfortable and has 2 entrances, one independent and one inside the building.

Our bright studio apartment is located on the third floor of a small building (without a lift!) in a quiet street in the center, a stone's throw from the Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. Super last second New Year Holiday

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).
