All bed rooms have a double bed and all bathrooms have a shower. Also on the premises are three small apartments. The pool is shared and has great views over the valley below looking towards the first houses of Perugia. There is a large stone barbecue for common use.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
