Home with Views in historic centre of Perugia

Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. There's everything you need to be comfortable, including two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and unlimited fibre internet. Views across the old city, plenty of natural light all day, central heating and everything sparkling clean. stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. It includes a living area with a comfortable sofa for relaxation, and a nice table around which to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Up to 4 beds (with sofa bed), independent heating and air conditioning, large shower.

SMALL APARTMENT ideal for 1 or 2 people, consisting of a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. In a quiet and characteristic area. It's a pleasure to forget about the car and walk, a few minutes away there is Corso Vannucci, the Conservatory, the University for foreigners and Museums. Wi-Fi Perfect for business trips. Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city.
