Apartment holiday rentals in Perugia

This apartment was located in the heart of the historic district. The apartment was great and Michele was a friendly and exceptionally helpful host. He even emailed me a list of some of his favorite restaurants, which provided a fantastic opportunity to find restaurants where local people eat rather than ending up at the places for tourists. The only difficulty I had was finding the place from the airport since the directions on Google Map were impossible to follow. To get there, turn to the left when you exit the Perugia train station and about 100 meters away you will find a Mini-Metro station marked by a blue letter M. Buy a ticket for 1 1/2 Euros per person using cash or a credit card. Take the cable car to the last station at Pincetto. Follow the stairs and escalators up. Take a right and walk to a large plaza. Turn left and follow the street a couple hundred meters. When the street turns sharp left, cross the street and go down the alley, turn left onto Cesare Caporali.

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! Saverio is an incredibly thoughtful and communicative host, regularly checking to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for the bottle of wine, lovely touch! Super central location next to a stunning viewpoint. Apartment has everything you need. Perugia is gorgeous. If I’m ever back, will for sure stay here again!

The apartment is clean, nicely and cozily furnished. Daniele provided clear and helpful information very quickly, so everything went smoothly. I'm glad we chose this place for our overnight stay with friends – highly recommended!

Very very charming! Kitchen clearly had not been cleaned since last guests. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher and counters messy. On the other hand, location was really quiet as promised and nice reno of really old building, and Perugia was fantastic place to visit. Maybe a problem in all of the old city, but stinky sulphur smell comes up shower drain, which we solved by stuffing rags in it when we weren't using it. Heating was very efficient when we needed it.

The apartment is located in a very well-kept and quiet environment and offers its own shady parking space. It is really very good and equipped with everything: dishes, (wine)glasses, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine...everything is in very good condition. Also things like vinegar, oil, coffee, dish soap, laundry detergent, laundry rack were available. We lacked nothing. All windows are equipped with fly screens, we did not have a single mosquito in the apartment. The bedrooms have good air conditioning. Outside, there is a private dining table or seating area. The apartment and also the entire infrastructure (pool, laundry room, garden) was very clean and well maintained. Saverio is very friendly and attentive, responds immediately and also welcomed us personally. You can tell that Saverio is very interested in the well-being of his guests and is very discreet. We felt correspondingly comfortable.

Everything was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly, the place was very peaceful and beautiful. The kids played around.

Excellent accommodation! I stayed 4 days and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's just like the photos, it was impeccable and in a quiet area but close to the center. I was worried about the noise to rest because of the comments, but it didn't seem noisy at all. I would definitely come back!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

I stayed at Alice's house to visit Perugia and its surroundings... upon arrival, we were greeted by Mrs. Novella, who described with extreme precision all the comforts we could enjoy in their apartment and, in addition, gave us precise and detailed information to visit the desired destinations... I highly recommend their apartment as it is in a quiet area with parking possibilities... cordiality, comfort and cleanliness are not lacking... highly recommended!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Monica and Renato are fabulous, friendly hosts. The apartment we rented was spotless. Bed was very comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. You are adjacent to other apartments but there is no noise at all from your neighbours, nor were we overlooked. The views from the small terrace were stunning, over the colourful garden to the vineyards and Tuscan landscape beyond. Bliss. The swimming pool is available for all to use. Our hosts left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as a welcome as well as coffee, oil, vinegar, breads, jams etc Thank you Next time we will stay longer!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
