Very nice, as good as new apartment. Tastefully furnished, the kitchen equipment is top. Even the little things, that you always forget, like garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, were available and easy to find. Utility room with cleaning supplies and facilities for storing glass and paper waste, small but nice balcony with a side view of Lake Schwerin and the castle. Easily accessible location even if you don't have a car. You can even walk from the train station in less than half an hour and still enjoy a beautiful, varied route. Alternative bicycle: Large, lockable bicycle room in the house available, next possibility to rent e-bikes just 5 minutes away on foot. We liked the apartment.

Everything as shown in the photos and as described. The room/apartment looks a bit uncomfortable, because, for example, all the walls are bare and there are no decorative elements. But you can already see this in the pictures. For those who do not value "beautiful" accommodation, it is perfect: uncomplicated key handover, everything clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great fireplace for cold evenings and the location is unbeatable and simply the absolute dream so close to the beach. We would definitely come back.

Peter was a very friendly, nice and competent host. The communication between us was excellent (thank you very much for the nice conversations🤗) The apartment is a dream, we felt comfortable immediately. The kitchen is equipped with many utensils, everything you need. The apartment is located in a villa area and you can quickly reach the castle park on foot. I was able to spend three weeks in Thomas and Jens' beautiful apartment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jens and received in a helpful manner. The free use of the washing machine and dryer helped me a lot during the long time. Thomas was always available and often asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. The apartment is centrally located. Everything is very quickly accessible and my workplace is finally quickly accessible on foot :). I would be happy to come back to this accommodation on my next visit to Schwerin. Many thanks to Thomas and Jens!!
