It has a large living and dining area, two bedrooms, a guest toilet and a main bathroom. The house is also at ground level, a non-smoking house and animals are also not allowed. The property has a garden, parking and a garage for bicycles.

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
