Cozy Souterrain apartment (60 m2) in the heart of Hamburg. Quiet, residential location, a small park across the street. Private garage rental 15€/day or neighborhood street parking with Visitor's Pass 4€/day. Hamburg Harbor, Fish Market, Reeperbahn, Elbe River, trendy Ottensen and Schanze neighborhoods close by. Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Beautiful 3-room ground floor apartment with terrace

The approx. 70 square meter 3-room apartment has a sunny terrace that invites you to relax after exploring the city. Through the large windows, the apartment is bright and friendly - as is the decor. There are two bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room with toilet. From the hallway, there is a kitchen, another shower room with toilet and the spacious living & dining room with access to the terrace - where you are sun-drenched due to the south-west orientation.

A well-lit kitchen area features a wooden table surrounded by four chairs in soft pastel colors. Open shelves display dishware and potted herbs, while a small sink can be seen through the adjacent doorway, accented by red and white striped wallpaper.

Cozy-maritime, creatively renovated apartment in the original coach house on the Elbe, flooded with light with a mini balcony on the stairs, double bed and third sleeping option in the loft bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
