A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations.
