We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

It is in a very quiet location and is therefore not only suitable for groups who want to party in St. Pauli, but also for families, trade fair guests and for working. All around and in the neighbouring Schanzenviertel district, there are countless bars, clubs and restaurants, as well as unusual boutiques and shops.

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail.
