This apartment is one of a kind. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and has panoramic views of the entire city of Florence. We were able to have our coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Moreover Matteo, provided water, beer and a complementary bottle of Tuscan white wine which we had in the evening while watching a sunset. Matteo was very helpful and extremely flexible, especially during check-in. He provided us with fun facts not only about the apartment but the city as well. Everything is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere when sightseeing. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay when exploring Florence and surrounding areas. Modern and spotlessly clean, this comfortable apartment had everything we needed. Paolo is a wonderful, responsive host. Prato is a lovely little town and the train station is a convenient 2 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment is located in an old Tuscan villa, which has been beautifully and authentically preserved. The apartment is on the second floor, and we received a very warm welcome from Sarah. She gave us a briefing and many useful tips, all of which are documented in a folder. The apartment has everything you need. We just didn't imagine the bathroom to be as small as it actually was. Two people definitely wouldn't fit in there, but it was fine for a few days. The tram stop is about a 15-minute walk away, and the center of Florence is about a 20-minute ride away. We felt very safe, even late at night. We would happily recommend this accommodation. Thank you Sarah & Gabriele!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Camilla was so kind and inviting. She answered all our questions and was incredibly helpful! Her space was clean and cozy - perfect for our night in Florence! Absolutely recommend!

We were welcomed by Marco, a very pleasant and really kind person. Perfect accommodation for a couple, small but complete with everything. Close to the center, about 15 minutes on foot, with all services nearby. You can park on the street in front of the entrance, but be careful to check the side you park on, as on one side of the street the parking spaces are reserved for residents only. It was a real pleasure to be welcomed by Marco, who was very helpful in giving us advice on restaurants and clubs in the area.

Spacious elegant apartment. Beautiful bedroom with comfortable (at least a kingsize) bed and quality bedlinen. Modern spotless bathroom. Spacious kitchen diner with sofa space. All the equipment you need if wanting to cook meals at home. Friendly Host Stefano met us on our arrival and supplied lots of local useful information to enhance our stay. Just a 20 minute walk from the centre but bus and tram options nearby too. Highly recommend .

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!

great location on a quiet street. the flat was superb in every respect - one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Gabrielle was super helpful arranging a taxi for us due to the transport strike. we had a really great time - can't praise it enough

This stay was great and Gugliemo was wonderful. I was nervous about arriving later than I had originally stated but he was understanding and friendly. he was really helpful and very communicative. he offered suggestions for what to do and where to go, and checked on us throughout the stay. The place was excellent, had everything we needed, and exactly as expected. access to the terrace and it's wonder views is a really lovely privilege to have! Definitely a 5/5 service. Thank you

Lucia's apartment is fabulous, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It is very clean and equipped with all comforts. Excellent location Lucia is a kind, helpful and attentive host to her guests.

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It is so spacious. The air conditioning is amazing and always refreshing after a hot day out walking. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are all memory foam and super nice. I loved the kitchen and all of the pots and pans and coffee makers.

By far our favourite Airbnb and stay so far. La Velline is so incredibly stunning, the gardens, the room, the view, the pool everything is perfect. We did not want to leave, Chiara was so responsive in her communication and was so kind to give us a late check out so our baby could have his morning sleep before we left. If you are thinking of somewhere to stay in Tuscany look no further. 10/10! Thank you Chiara 😊

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Monica and Sandro are great hosts. We felt home right away. Their recommendations in the near area were all great. They know really great restaurants and places to buy olive oil nearby. And they always helped us when we needed some ideas on what to do or where to go. The home is on a calm hill in the middle of olive trees. We liked the place a lot. It was very hot during our stay so the pool helped to cool down during the daytime. We can fully recommend the place and enjoyed our two week stay. We will come back...

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We had a full week at this wonderful place. The "La Fornace" apartement was very spacious and beautiful, but the real gem is the pool area and view over the city and nature! The communication with the hosts was great, and they helped out with everything from suggestions to hiking routes, public transport, super markets etc. We frequently saw Vincenzo and Dilia in the area in the mornings preparing the pool, cleaning the garden etc. We felt very welcome and getting taken care of!
