The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Entire apartment that can accommodate families. Equipped with a full kitchen and a TV in the living room. A strong point is the proximity to the center of Prato, about 15 minutes on foot and less than 10 by car. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. The nearest train station is Serraglio, about 15/20 minutes away on foot. From there, you can reach Florence's central station in 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the trains. Living nearby, we are always available for anything you need.

IRMA SUITE Prato City Center

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!

La stazione è a 15 metri quindi gli ospiti amano visitare la Toscana partendo proprio da qui, e, nonostante il mio loft sia proprio di fronte alla Stazione, e’ super silenzioso ed ha un giardino interno sul retro. Davanti al loft c’è un parcheggio privato sotterraneo sorvegliato 24 h, che la notte - dalle 17:30 alle 8:00 - costa solo 1 euro e quindi molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto o moto
