Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

The house is nestled among the vineyards and olive groves of Chianti Classico in a small country village. It is 4 km from San Casciano Val di Pesa, 20 km from Florence, 22 km from San Gimignano and 40 km from Siena. A1 Impruneta highway exit 8 km, SGC Fi-Siena 3 km. The house has three bedrooms, one of which is in the annex with bathroom and independent access.

Discover the beauty of surrounding countryside with a hike and unwind with a view of picture-perfect vineyards! One can also easily go for day trips to many tiny medieval towns scattered on the hills of Tuscany from here!

Relax among the olive trees

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica e alla stazione. Il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Lovely cottage in the park of a Renaissance Villa

Classica casa colonica di due piani totalmente indipendente inserita nel parco di una villa lucchese del '500, villa Galliani. La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Chianti Independent barn

The farm was built from a characteristic 70 square metre stone barn, completely renovated and furnished with antique furniture. Panoramic view of the Chianti hills with breathtaking sunsets. From March 1 to December 31, guests will be required to pay a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day. Children up to the age of 14 do not pay.
