Sie geht über zwei Etagen und bietet Landhausflair mit großer Küche, niedrigem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung ist bewusst einfach gehalten. Viele Möbel sind antik oder stammen aus früheren Jahrzehnten – sie bewahren den ursprünglichen Charakter des Hauses. Der Hof ist gesäumt von alten Obstbäumen und Rosen – ein Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber.

The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
