Neu auf dem Hof Sitzgelegenheiten für Gäste! Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und auch das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Geeignet ist die Wohnung besonders für Familien mit Kindern, natürlich ebenso für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Neben der Ferienwohnung haben wir noch ein großes Grundstück was nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden kann. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist auf dem Hof unter dem Carport vorhanden ( schmale Zufahrt). Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!!

Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet lädt die "Haselnuss" zum Verweilen ein. Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.
