There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Kirkebakken 4 is an old half-timbered house from 1780 centrally located in Rosernes By Mariager. The house has a small garden with terrace with garden table, chairs and barbecue. The house has been completely renovated with underfloor heating and an open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house, where renovation has been done with respect for the house, therefore there is a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooks the town's beautiful and historic monastery church.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. Here you live peacefully close to both Værket, Randers Theater and the city center. The large south-facing balcony is a special highlight. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine in the apartment and access to a dryer in the basement. Free parking is available just outside the door. There is a smart TV, WiFi and a workspace at the dining table. Check-in is easily via lockbox.

Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.
