You can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
