Modern and comfortable apartment in a very good central location in Bochum. It is only 3-5 minutes on foot to the next subway station ("Jahrhunderthalle"), a PENNY market or about 10-15 minutes to the city center and to the "Bermuda3eck" (B3E). Very friendly hosts - I would take this modern and tastefully furnished accommodation again at any time!

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I felt totally comfortable right away and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

The host always responded quickly and had good instructions to get in. apartment is spacious and ideal for two or three people. kitchen is sufficient to prepare simple meal. In the street you can park for free. There is an outdoor swimming pool around the corner. I regretted not bringing my swimsuit! great place!

Carsten and Michaela were charming hosts. We were in the attic apartment on a very hot weekend and Carsten provided us with a 2nd fan in the evening. One was already present in the apartment. The apartment fully complies with the description. Small info for other tenants: the smaller bedroom with the 3 windows unfortunately cannot be darkened and faces east, so the sun shines directly in there in the morning. Both beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The apartment is really cozy and we can imagine that we will come back again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much for the nice welcome! We felt very comfortable.

We spent a long weekend in Nadja's apartment and were really thrilled. The apartment was super clean and quiet and we felt very comfortable! The location is great between nature and the city and ideal as a starting point for excursions throughout the Ruhr area.

We had a very pleasant stay in Peter's cozy apartment. Everything worked out wonderfully – the check-in via the key safe was uncomplicated and well organized. The apartment was very clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Small, but absolutely comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a few days. We felt comfortable! A note on the location: The apartment is located on the edge of an industrial area. A substation is located a few hundred meters away as the crow flies. For electricity-sensitive people (like me), this can be a bit of an energetic challenge - for everyone else, probably no problem.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely charming, peaceful, and very comfortable — we enjoyed every moment and felt completely relaxed. It’s incredibly quiet, with no noise at all, and the neighbors were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The host was very responsive and quickly provided anything we asked for. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and very clean. The garden is stunning, and the view is just amazing — perfect for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect. We also really appreciated the unique antique-style furniture; it gave the apartment a lovely, cozy feel. The only thing to note is that it’s a bit far from the city center if you're relying on public transport, so it’s more ideal for those with a car. Overall, there’s honestly nothing negative to say — we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

Even though our stay was only of short duration, we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean, cozy and the terrace invited you to linger. The apartment is located in a super quiet, rural area, far away from the noise. Exactly what we needed for our stay.
