Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. Relax on our versatile holiday farm in our authentically furnished holiday apartment (No. 2, renovated in 2019) in the former boiler house. The apartment, close to the Baltic Sea, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar in a beautiful courtyard complex. The vacation apartment is available all year round. I would also like to add that our private terrace is about 15 meters next to the apartment.
