Hjertelig velkommen / Welcome to our hyggelig little apartment in Kiel Schilksee/Olympiazentrum. Ideal for up to 2 adults and possibly 1 child. View to the west: into the countryside and wonderful sunsets! The harbor/beach promenade with nice restaurants, small shops & various specialty stores is reached via an overpass directly in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is a nice playground. We rent purely privately (no commercial activity).

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour, the surrounding moors on foot in about 20 minutes. The sun-drenched apartment is completely newly furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.
