We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The location is quiet and offers a great view of the sea – perfect for unwinding. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The landlords were friendly and helpful and made the stay pleasant. All in all, a nice house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Very nice modern house (less than five years old?) overlooking the sea. Everything in very good working order, including powerful air conditioning in the bedrooms. Frequent cleaning of the pool area was a benefit, particularly when a storm had come in the night before. Very convenient to Rethymno as well as to several bakeries and restaurants towards the centre of the island.

We had a wonderful stay with our family with two small children in Violetta's apartment. The surroundings are beautiful and even though you are a few minutes from a nice town, it is also really a place to unwind. The apartment itself is very nice and solid and the views in the evening are beautiful. Violetta responds quickly to messages and gave us good tips during our stay. Extremely recommended!

The location close to a lot of places, appartment is clean and nice, the only thing is when we come home at everhyng, we have to lock the door without any lights in dark and it's hard to see. You should put better instructions for the future about trash disposal and how to pay for climate tax, thank you!

We had a very good stay and a wonderful time in this authentic and very pleasant accommodation. Surely thanks to Cleopatra who welcomed us in an exceptional, empathetic, generous and caring way, she always wanted to satisfy us. To be recommended without hesitation.

Beautiful house in a Cretan village, close to the South coast, but far from the hustle and the north too touristy. Xavier and super responsive and it's very much appreciated! We have to emphasize it! Comfort house close to the best tavern. I recommend Xavier's place without hesitation

We had a very great late summer in Kanevos. The description and photos correspond to the actual events. Communication with Christos was fantastic. Very friendly and fast. The outdoor facilities are a dream and we also had many great hours in and around the house. The parents, who were partly in the upper apartment, are very nice and welcomed us warmly, provided us with specialties and tips. We would come back any time!

It was a perfect place! George and family were very hospitable! Our daughter was even allowed to play upstairs with his children! Apartment was nice, spacious and very clean! With large balconies (with a fantastic view) and a spacious garden that was perfect for our 4 year old daughter. We got lettuce, eggs, sheep's milk and olive oil from the garden. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and hiking trails. Repeatable! We enjoyed :).

The place was very nice and as described. Daniela was very warm and helpful. We only lacked a little more cooking equipment, as we occasionally wanted to cook and were then somewhat limited with a pan. Basically, we can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed by Maria's beautiful mother, with homemade cake and a warm welcome. Great apartment 2 min from the beach with very nice beach bar and sun loungers. Private parking at the apartment, shops and everything you need in the neighborhood. Bus to Rethymnon just across the street. Maria was very helpful with recommendations and other things, and followed up along the way during the stay. Couldn't have had a better host. We will gladly return and recommend the place to others.

Words can’t describe how incredible this home is. Every corner you looked there was a masterpiece to be found. Beautifully decorated is an understatement, this Airbnb was curated over years and years of living. It was nested in the heart of the town. I will 100% be coming back. Great location, very short walk to the port, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive and always willing to help make our stay comfortable! Apartment was very clean and the jacuzzi is a great feature. Multiple cafe’s/bars just downstairs with great food, drinks, and service. Highly recommend staying at this property if you want to be close to the venetian port and all Chania has to offer.

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.

Our stay at Elisabeth's place was truly amazing. Everything was like on the pictures. The kichen was very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, the air conditioning/heating system worked very well. The outdoor part is to share with one other apartment, but it was never a problem, there were plenty of chairs and sunbeds and it felt very private (we were there in April so not many apartments were occupied). Also, our direct host, Lily, was exceptionaly nice, helpful and welcoming.

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful stone villa perfect for our family! The weather was too cool to utilize the pool but we enjoyed a glass of wine outside in the picturesque settings. When booking, we made the assumption the smaller pool was the hot tub/jacuzzi however it is a smaller (not heated) pool for younger children. The jacuzzi is in the master bedroom. We were very sad to say goodbye to this home.

The house impresses with its large windows, which allow a beautiful view of the sea. Slidable screens in front of all windows, so that there was a good indoor climate even at 40 degrees outside temperature. A highlight was the starry sky, which we could enjoy on the mattress on the terrace( under safe mosquito net). Feederico provided us with fresh eggs, goat yogurt as well as honey and olive oil every morning. The interaction was extremely friendly and his tips were excellent. In particular, the tavern Agios Georgios , a bit individual, flower power and with excellent cuisine we will miss.

We had the most dreamy of times at the villa! Maria gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home right away. We loved her hospitality and proactive hosting, giving us tips and recommendations of places to visit in the area. The place provided everything one could wish for, from pristine looking rooms to hammam showers, a fine gas bbq and shaded terrace, glorious swimming pool, comfy sofa and a kitchen chefs would enjoy. The surroundings are to die for. Sinuous roads and endless sea views, unique beaches, but also mountain hikes, gorges and wine tastings not far at all (car is a must). Closest taverna has delicious food. Agia Galini is a short drive away and offers all essentials should you need to shop, eat out, find an atm or go on a fishing boat trip. Thanks again for a fantastic stay! We will be back sooner than later!

We stayed at the house as a group of 5 and had the most amazing time. The house is spacious, has a big kitchen with all necessary supplies and had a lot of room to sit together, a perfect place for each time of the day. And not to forget about the amazing view!!! Worth to highlight is that there were a lot of extra supplies in the house like olive oil, raki, etc. We enjoyed that a lot. Also the outside area was cleaned everyday and the bathrooms were cleaned once during the stay. We didn’t miss a thing and can highly recommend staying in this amazing house with great hosts!!

Can’t say enough positive things about Anna and Costa’s villa. We had an amazing stay. The villa was clean, spacious and in excellent condition - just like the photos. The pool was fab. Anna & Costa’s local recommendations were great. The whole family enjoyed the trip - thank you so much!

Beautiful peaceful relaxing villa for a getaway. Close enough to larger centre. The place was spotless on arrival, with some treats on the table. Wonderful view, nice pool area The host was very helpful, brought us a wonderful Greek dinner one evening. Top notch Would definitely return to this place

Alexia and her family were beautiful hosts. The house is set in the tranquil mountains of rethymno with beautiful views. The trip to Rethymno is a 8-10 minute drive and Rethymno is a beautiful town. Alexia communicated exceptionally well and even arranged us a taxi to the airport. Alexia's parents greeted us with some greek delicacies upon arrival which was a lovely touch.
