This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Voll sanierte Wohnung (75 m²) in geschichtsträchtigem Haus (ehemalige Kasernenstube aus dem 18. Jahrhundert) mit mehreren Wohneinheiten unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Neuruppiner See. Die Zweizimmerwohnung befindet sich im oberen Geschoss (eine Treppe) und besteht aus einem großen Wohnbereich ca. 50 m² mit Amerikanischer Küche, kleinem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad gefliest mit Wanne und separater Dusche sowie Fußbodenheizung. Eine kleine Garage dient als Stellplatz am Haus.

Wir vermieten diese schöne Ferienwohnung in unserem großen, rustikalen Bauernhaus, das wir liebevoll ausschließlich mit Naturbaustoffen renoviert haben. Die Wohnung liegt nach Südosten und man kann in der Morgensonne frühstücken, hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht und wenn der Mond aufgeht kann man im Garten ein kleines Feuer anzünden. In der Mecklenburger Seenlandschaft gibt es unglaublich viele tolle Seen und man kann herrlich Rad fahren & wandern. Blankensee/Meckl. hat sogar einen Bahnhof.

Gefühlt ist man weit ab und doch ganz nah am Rande des Naturparks Stechlin-Ruppiner Land mit seinen vielen Seen, der schönen Landschaft und den unterschiedlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier in der Zeit von Mai bis September genau richtig.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen.
