The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic vacation home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the swimming area. There is a boathouse with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. Like an island, our property (an extension) is located between two villages in a beautiful, quiet location. Many seating options on the large property invite you to linger and relax. You feel far away and yet very close to the edge of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park with its many lakes, beautiful landscape and various recreational opportunities. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be from May to September.
