The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Breathtaking views over the Beetzsee, access to the hotel's own beach and a boat mooring, a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground for romping around and a sauna for relaxing. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday grounds is also possible by arrangement.

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
