Gill's place has a very homely feel. It was very easy to find, really comfortable and lovely and clean. Just what we needed for a bank holiday weekend. Gill provided a lovely stock of groceries including fruit, bread, butter, milk and marmalade. she was very friendly and helpful in her messages as well.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Tom, our host, was fantastic throughout making communication easy. The Annex is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you might need including breakfast - the king-size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely well equipped with lovely smelling toiletries, even toothpaste, with thick luxurious towels and a large shower. Set in a great, quiet location the annex is within a short stroll to the local pub which has a friendly atmosphere, great food/drink and a large garden. We would not hesitate in recommending and would certainly use again. Thank you for a lovely weekend stay.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

De accommodatie was op een perfecte locatie. We hadden een event gaande op Stansted airport. Makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. De host was zeer pro actief in meedenken en aanbieden van hulp. Vriendelijk, gastvrij, communicatie makkelijk en erg behulpzaam. Stonden bloemen, kersen en chocolade klaar als welkom. Het was een warme dag en daarom hadden ze van te voren al een ventilator aangezet. Attent.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit our son. The place was very easy to find ( great directions), gaining access was also easy with a key box. The place was lovely & welcoming, the bed was super comfy & huge, bathroom was great with very powerful shower, a clever little “kitchenette” in a cupboard, very compact, but had all you needed for general food preparation. The little extras like tea bags, coffee, milk were much appreciated after a long journey. We would definitely stay here again. The village was very quiet, with a useful Premier shop & cafe almost opposite the Airbnb which was very useful. It was on road parking but we felt confident about leaving our car parked there.

My son and their baby twins stayed at Caroline’s place and had a perfect weekend. The garden cottage was perfect, in a very quiet position surrounded by beautiful gardens. Check in was easy with great communication and everything was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend and definitely come back.

My stay here was great. I had good WiFi and signal for work. Then peace and gorgeous views for after work. William was really helpful and lovely, recommending some lovley places to visit. He made me feel right at home from the get go. I had all I needed for the few days there. The area was ideal, just a short drive away from the town centre (St Ives) and other activities. My favourite part was the garden and sitting next to the canal, you can tell William has put a lot of love into the garden. Thank you again for the lovely stay William!

Emma was a lovely host and very welcoming, especially the welcome tray with everything we needed on it. Place was lovely, cosy and clean. Well equipped with everything needed. The bed was also super comfy! Definitely recommend to others looking to stay round the area

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Kirsty et Ellen. Tout était parfait. Nous n’étions pas très loin du circuit de Silverstone. Le logement est très bien pour quelques jours. Les pubs aux alentours sont très bien.

We used this place as a base for exploring the area. The town of St. Ives is lovely. Houghton Mill is just a couple of miles away and is a favorite place for us. Also very handy for a trip to Cambridge. The Annexe is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. The whole place is comfortable. The shower was very much appreciated since the weather was so hot. We had a wonderful break and would definitely return.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and tranquil with lovely countryside all around which was the perfect tonic after a hard days work. The accommodation was perfect for me and Valerie and Steve were very friendly and communicative.

Ruth's place was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Great location, easy access to the A1, pub next door and several walks on the doorstep. The annexe is very well equipped and Ruth has thought of all the extras that make the stay a real home from home and great if you've forgotten to bring anything. The private garden is lovely, even in January and a wonderful spot to watch the birds come and go. Ruth's breakfast supplies are generous and we loved how she checked in with us beforehand to find out our preferences. A fabulous find!

Hi Nicola, We had a super weekend staying at Antlers for our family reunion and meeting up with friends. You have thought of absolutely everything. We were especially pleased to find Marmite among the breakfast items (love it or hate it!) The wine was good too! Antlers is beautifully clean accommodation, providing everything we needed. Woburn is just up the road (about 2 miles through the deer park) and you can walk there if want to. Can’t wait to come back next year. Stuart and Wendy.

this was alate booking due to work commitments. I was so lucky to find this place available. There was a very warm welcome from the host and great communication, checking on my welfare. This is a perfect bolt hole after a busy days work. Peaceful, idillic, quiet location. The place is decorated to a very high standard with all the facilities you need. Super clean, and very homely. There were some nice extra treats with breakfast options and complimentary chocolates. All in all, if I can't get back here for work, I'd jump at the chance to come and just enjoy the relaxing environment again. Use the opportunity to explore the area and then kick back in your own little haven. Thank you, Steve

Jo was a great host, The property was very well presented and served as a perfect place to stay while visiting for the MotoGP at Silverstone. The place was definitely completed to a high finish beautiful kitchen and lovely bedroom.

Exactly as described, very clean and tidy. Lydgia was very quick to respond to messages. Compact space, but has everything you need.

I had a wonderful relaxing time at the Annex, it was full of character and charm . Marianna was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had. I thoroughly enjoyed the living space which opened directly to the garden, and the relaxing sound of the pond. A very enjoyable stay.

Sue’s place was a great find. It was clean and cosy with some nice touches. We appreciated the tea, biscuits and milk that were supplied. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will do next time we are in the area.

Thank you to Helen for such an accommodating stay. Check-in was very flexible and allowed us to enjoy a wedding nearby without missing a moment.

This is our second time here. We’re over to visit friends and family and it’s very conveniently situated. It has everything it needs, clean, warm and the garden is ideal for the dog. We’ll be back !!
