Ca. 5 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof mit Anbindung Berlin, Stralsund, Rostock. Fußläufig knapp 10 min im Stadtzentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Residenzstadt Neustrelitz ist ca. 30 km entfernt, ebenso Rheinsberg. Ob zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Straße mit Parkmöglichkeiten.
