Huset er placeret 100 m fra en dejlig børnevenlig strand. Nyd livet på den store sydvendte terrasse og lyt til fuglenes kvidren i mens farmand steger bøffer på den store grill. Huset har kik til vandet og en pejs til lidt råhygge indenfor.

Skuldrene sænkes med det samme man træder indenfor døren, roen indfinder sig og tempoet nedsættes helt automatisk i denne lille sommerhusperle.
