The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

On the top floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds plus a cot, you have to go through one room to get to the other. The ground floor consists of an entrance bathroom, living room and a nice kitchen with access to a small courtyard with a barbecue. Reolerne er fyldte med bøger om Bornholm, som gerne må læses - og stilles tilbage. Lyde fra kirkeklokkerne og havnen kan ofte høres.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
