Claudia and her husband are very hospitable and nice people. Always helpful, respond quickly to concerns. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained for Italian standards. Well equipped, all appliances work. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The only "but"... the apartment is located on a very lively street, cafes, bars and restaurants. In the evening it is noisy. And at 6 AM every day garbage containers are emptied, which is also very noisy. Anyone sleeping with public windows has to accept it. Otherwise, everything was very pleasing.

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back due to the cleanliness and the value for money. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

very friendly. flexible check in which was very good. Overnight stay for a few days for the price is great. Unfortunately, due to the main road, it is relatively noisy at night. For me, that was still okay, but for the family, it was a bit loud. On the whole, the apartment was very clean and well maintained and had everything you need on site. I can definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for an apartment for just a few days.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Perfect location for staying in Venice. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. And the terrace is wonderful for an evening glass of wine. Highly recommend!

The apartment is located right on the edge of the bustling city center. This means that you can reach numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and attractions in no time at all. Despite the central location, it was not particularly noisy in the apartment. The apartment is cozily furnished and we immediately felt at home. Andrea greeted us very nicely on our arrival, guided us through the apartment and also gladly gave us recommendations for restaurants. With numerous cupboards and storage options, there are no difficulties in accommodating luggage. We enjoyed our stay in Padova very much and can only highly recommend the apartment.

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of day with plenty of seating. We used one of the bicycles available, and we took the rest with us, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we would come back anytime. Thank you again.

Very nice apartment with attention to detail, having only stayed two nights it was perfect, with more days of stay I would recommend a wardrobe so as not to have to use the drawers, but we are really talking about details, because it really has everything you need and is of good quality

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

The place was wonderful. Every place is about 2 minutes by car. We felt the neighborhood wasn't very friendly. So, apart from the excursions, we weren't anywhere.

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!
