Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was completely renovated in 2017. The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so it captivates with its half-timbered, the largely original preserved bricks and the thatched roof. The charm of the house is underlined by upscale and modern furnishings, such as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Of course, only very good ceramics and natural stone tiles were used in the construction.

Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!
