The country house on the Achtwasser is a real luxury vacation home: The exclusive thatched half-timbered house in ecological clay construction with idyllic water views is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior shows attention to detail and is not only cozy, but also comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The thatched can accommodate up to eight people and has four bedrooms, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island as well as two beautiful bathrooms. Of course, there is no shortage of relaxation of your own sauna room with two peace chairs. In the summer, the living area can be expanded by the 600 sqm garden.

The Vieregge estate house was restored in 2010 (all rooms breathe through clay plaster) and renovated in 2021 and extended on the southwest wing. It is located in a quiet natural environment in a large garden about 300 m to the water/harbor. The southwest wing, with its 124 square meters +terraces, has plenty of space for up to 10 people. Ideal for families, friends and retreats. Nothing for party crowds!
