The transportation is very convenient and the house is beautiful. There are no washing machines. There are many supermarkets and restaurants to choose from. There are heating and capsule coffee machines in the room. We spent a few comfortable days.

As a first-timer in Munich, I was not sure what to expect and, I must say, I was rather dazzled by this charming flat. From the moment I booked, the hosts were especially communicative and did everything to prepare me for arrival. They were more than accommodating of a slightly early check-in and personally greeted me and showed me to the room. The flat itself was a delightful surprise. Coming from New York, I have my own ideas of what a studio apartment is and, by comparison, this place was very spacious. There is plenty of natural light streaming through the windows and a well-appointed kitchen with complimentary Nespresso machine, fridge and utensils that a traveler might need. The location cannot (I repeat, CANNOT) be beat. You are mere spitting distance from the Viktualenmartk, a fantastic outdoor market with food, drink and any manner of vendor one can imagine. Just past the market is the Marienplatz, the central square featuring the wondrous town hall and glockenspiel, not to mention the heart of the city's shopping and dining. Mere steps from the front door is the Isartor S-train station, which will whisk you to any part of the city within minutes. But, truly, so much was accessible by foot due to the prime location. I cannot sing its praises enough. This place is a gem.

Very stylish and spacious room, only a short walk to the Victuellenmarkt and the Mariensplatz U-bahn stop. Sebastian helps coordinate the Check-in and is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. A great stay!

Great location, clean place and great communication!

This place is great, looks like the pictures I would say, which is not always the case. Smooth checkin and checkout. Plenty of coffee and tea which is always nice. On ground floor with some refurbishing of the patio going on as an FYI but nothing went on when I was there so no disturbing sounds. Would come back!

Super central, a light-flooded nice large room and a great view. Here it is ideal for a short vacation to explore the city. Anna is very friendly and personable, I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Tim was responsive and very welcoming.The beds were very comfortable and overall was great for 2 adults. Although the listing indicated a dryer, I think maybe it was referring to the spin dryer of the washing machine. But it was not a problem for us. The location of the apartment is just excellent- close to everything. The restaurant downstairs is very good and highly recommended.

Tim’s place is fantastic. The apartment is very central, a short walk from the station and to many shops and restaurants, including the famous Hofbräuhaus which was so much fun. This apartment is in the heart of Munich between Isartor and Marianplatz. Public transportation is a few blocks away. The apartment itself is wonderful especially for an extended stay in Munich. Tim is a very thoughtful host and the anything you could need is there. In the apartment, there was a washing machine (with some soap), fully stocked kitchen (you will have to pick up perishable items), printer, and great wifi and plenty of tips to navigate the city. I highly reccomend this flat on your next trip to Munich!

The apartment is great it’s spotlessly clean and has everything you may need. The location is fantastic, no more than a few minutes walk into the main hub. You can even see the famous Hofbrauhaus from the front door. There are bars, restaurants and shops all around you. Tim is a great host and was really helpful. We would definitely recommend it if you ever go to Munich.

This is a perfectly nice space, but what you're really paying for is the incredible location. It's a two-minute walk to the Hofbrauhaus, and about five minutes to the Marienplatz and Viktuelenmarkt. Perfect place from which to explore the heart of Munich.

Good apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is in a central location, 3 minutes walk from the metro and the main square of Monaco. The apartment is not very large but it is fine for two and for a few days' holiday. A nice surprise was finding the Italian coffee machine with capsules offered by the host! Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay and it was in a perfect location to get to the train station or local eateries. Bathroom is small but had everything we needed.

Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip at short notice and therefore cannot say anything about the accommodation. Communication was very nice and quick - recommended.

Everything was ok. Gerrit is a very nice person. The communication with him was very smooth and easy. He gave us some tips where to go. He offered us tea, coffee and bottles with water. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is also ok. You are on the main square in couple minutes.

There is no Korean review so I write one. I really like this house. Once you have a tram in front of the house, you can go there (including the museum) and just walk. If you want a neat interior like a hotel, you may be insane, but the room is really the way you like it. You are very nice. I packed everything and every one of you 1. Check-in at 10-11 pm was no problem. 2. Private toilets are outside the room but no touch at all while staying. The bathroom is really neat and new towels are piled up. The most surprising thing was that there was even a sanitary napkin bag in the public toilet. There was a big heater next to it, so I wore underwear once a day and wore it the next day. Dry immediately. 3. There's not only a coffee pot and a maker in the room. Tea bags / cups / plates / fork spoons / bottle openers, etc Tenderness 4. You gave me two keys. It may not be necessary, but if you still have two, 5. That convenience store umbrella in the room? Give me two too. 6. The room has various maps, travel booklets and performance information in various languages. I didn't have Korean, but I didn't mean to buy it. If I go to Munich, I unconditionally sleep here. Koreans are neat here so please be here

Sharing the apartment with the housekeeper only room for guests only and there is a separate toilet there was no inconvenience! The location of the apartment is very good. I could go to the new city hall and shopping street in 10 minutes, and there are many tram stops in 3 minutes. And most of all, the owner is very kind .. I missed the booking date and asked for a change. We shared the apartment with Gerrit, but since there are seperate and private room and bathroom for the guests, we didn't feel any inconvenience! The location of the apartment is superb; we could walk to Neues Rathaus / main shopping street in around 10mins, also a big tram station 3mins away from the apartment! Gerrit was helpful and considerate, I booked the dates wrong but he immediately helped me change the booking and refunded the money. Check-in / out time was also really flexible

There are subway and tram stations right in front of you so you can go anywhere !! The restroom and room were almost independent so it was comfortable and quiet! Even with two of my friends, I was well without any inconvenience!

Maximilian's apartment is really cozy, very nicely decorated and the location is also very good (with restaurants, bakery ... nearby) Maximilian is a very friendly host!

The apartament is very nice, quite and cute (in a way, also artistic) and most of all clean. It is very close to the city centre, i. e. 5-7 minutes to Marienplatz by foot. If you don't want to walk, the Subway is 3 minutes walking distance. Sophie replies timely and was more than friendly with us. If you are going to spend few days in Munich, I can only reccommend this flat along with the landlady.

The flat is very comfortable with beautiful artistic touches. I was a single traveler but the room can easily accommodate for 2 people. The flat is very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed, chairs, and a dining set. It has a small kitchen and individual bath. The balcony was not accessible during my stay but provides a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The space is clean, organized, and very well lit with natural light through the balcony doors and kitchen. My host, Sophie, was not available but arranged for Marie to check me in to the apartment. All communications from Sophie was very proactive, well-timed, and accurate. She made sure I had all the information, instructions, secondary contact info to the apartment days prior to my flights and also responded very quickly to my questions. I appreciate that Marie waited for my arrival as I was late getting to the apartment. Marie gave me good walk-thru of the unit and made sure I had all of the information and tips I needed before she left me on my own. The "welcome" beer was a great touch at arrival for my Oktoberfest weekend! The apartment building is secure and easy to get around with an elevator available. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and just around the corner from cafes and restaurants. Grocery stores are also very close by. The Underground (Sendlinger Tor station) is a few minutes walk. Oktoberfest grounds are 10 min walk. Great access to everything! Overall, this was a great stay. I cannot thank Sophie and Marie enough for making sure that my weekend in Munich was as close to perfect as possible. Many Thanks!

Sophie’s flat is located in a lovely area with lots of cafés and shops. We also picked it because of its proximity to Oktoberfest. It’s very charming and comfortable. It is on the smaller side, but perfect for one or two travelers.

I stayed at Sophie and Lillians apartment with my girlfriend for 4 nights and it was fantastic! Such a nice place with a great art vibe. Bed was comfortable and was great having a balcony to sit and relax on as quite a few other airbnbs I stayed at didn't offer this. Not to mention Sophie and Lillian are such friendly hosts and are very responsive with messages as well. Thanks!!!!!

Great location in a trendy neighborhood. We were thrilled with the balcony— we had wine out there in the afternoons. Very close to public transportation, which made it a great home base for us. Very clean and would stay there again

Sophie's apartment is very comfy and clean, perfect for a couple that wants to visit Munich! The neighborhood is adorable and central. Metro is 3 min from home, by foot you can easily reach the center of the city in 10 min (even if you are already in the center to be honest). Lilian advices on Munich were very useful to live the city like Munich people do! Thank you very much!

The apartment of Sophie is wonderful. Central and absolutely quiet. You have everything you need for an uncomplicated stay, including art and books. I felt completely comfortable in the Glockenbachviertel. Again any time!

The accommodation is very centrally located at the Viktualienmarkt and everything can be done on foot. We found the French balcony with the view from the 6th floor over the backyards of Munich particularly beautiful. Communication with Shinjini was great and everything went smoothly. The only point of criticism could be the slow WLAN, but this can only be a snapshot and have to do with a malfunction of the provider. For the location, the price is very good.

I've also traveled all over the world staying at different Airbnbs and Claudius is one of the best hosts. Bread, fruits, snacks, water, juice, beer and milk were very much appreciated. Emanuel was a great host. We had a change in our itinerary so we had an extended layover in Germany as our infant adjusted to a 9 hour time change. We were able to check in early and the apartments location allowed us to easily access some of the best of Munich on our short outings. He has great suggestions for food and they say we checked out to continue our trip he left us some pastries at the door. Thank you!

100% recommend to any of my family and friends if their had the once in a life time trip planned to Munich, Germany! We even got a private tour of the most amazing places to see, tour and eat! This air BnB was truly exceptional, excellent location in the heart of Munich that provided everything required for an extended stay, with a number of additional touches that rounded out an incredible experience.

This is, perhaps, the best AirBNB we've stayed in. Claudius' flat was the perfect base for our Christmas stay in Munich. An excellent location close to public transportation, but also within walking distance of most of the main sights you'll want to visit. The extra thoughtful touches, including Christmas decorations, really show that this host goes above and beyond to make his flat feel like home for his guests. Claudius was travelling during our visit, so we checked in with his sister, who provided an excellent introduction to the place. And although he was away, Claudius was in constant contact with us to check in, make suggestions, and answer questions. In particular, he gave us some tips about attending a local Christmas eve church service, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We would welcome the opportunity to stay again on a future trip. Thanks so much!

The definition of what a Superhost really is. Perfect apartment, amazing city and outstanding host. Communication skills are 10 out of 10. Emanual is the best Air bnb host I have ever booked with and the apartment is great.

Claudius has set the bar for every other Airbnb experience that I'll have in the future, and I don't expect I'll find one that matches up anytime soon! When I reflect on the great time my wife and I had in Munich, Claudius and his hospitality are as much a highlight as the city of Munich itself. Claudius was waiting for us outside in the freezing Munich evening air and quickly whisked us and our luggage upstairs to his really cozy and well-appointed apartment, where we were met with a completely stocked fridge, lit candles, and a lovely welcome/Christmas gift. It was such a nice touch to have breakfast, water, juice, coffee, and even some G&Ts all waiting for us upon arrival, so we could immediately head up the street to Marienplatz and enjoy the nearby Christmas markets without wasting any time heading to the grocery store! Plenty of others have sung the praises of the apartment, so I'll just add that personally I found the bed to be one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in throughout my travels. Claudius also gave us some local tips that turned into some really memorable Munich experiences! Wading through the lunchtime chaos of Schneider's for some delicious weißwurst, pretzels, and beer as well as trying our first schweinshaxe. We weren't able to get through all of his great recommendations on this trip but have plenty of ideas for when we return. When we do, we would love to stay at Claudius' apartment again.

The unit was well located approx. 10 min walk to maim city center, but only 5 min walk to the start of the main mall.

Overall: Good location, very clean, serviced by the hotel daily, attentive staff, and decent price. This is two units adjacent to and serviced by a hotel, which are connected by a small entry vestibule. The description of the unit is accurate although the pictures were a little misleading so I just want to clarify: there are two units, one with two bedrooms separated by a bathroom, and a small kitchenette in one of the bedrooms. A vestibule combines the unit with a second unit, which has a bedroom and en suite bathroom, and a kitchenette/living space which has a sofa that can be used as a bed. For our group, this worked for five of us, one couple, and three singles, two of which shared a bed although one could have slept on the sofa if needed. Note: the beds are technically twin beds but separating them would be difficult because of the design of the headboards. The location is very central, it was really easy to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Munich and was really nice to be near the train station and metro stops. We took the metro from the airport to the Airbnb and took the train out of town, it was a cinch! The units were very clean and we had lots of hot water in the showers, there were also washing machines in the bathrooms, although we did not use them. The beds and linens were basic but totally fine and we slept great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped fix our wifi connection very quickly. The only weird thing was that they came into our unit twice while we were there without knocking. Just be aware that since you are essentially staying in a hotel unit, the staff may come and go. The other thing is that I believe you can save money by booking through the ‘city aparthotel’ website, but booking through Airbnb probably gives you more buyer protection. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this if you have a group of travelers that want separate spaces without a high price tag.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Spacious.. Clean and very good location.. Barely 15mins walking to karlsplatz. 38mins to the airport by s8. Very well connected.. The wifi seemed a bit off.. . But overall great experience

Reinhard and Johanna provide a lovely little apartment in Munich, close to everything and ideal to use as a base to explore Munich and the surrounding areas. The apartment is located in the cellar but still has large windows, plenty of light and a little outdoor courtyard. It's cellar location means you get none of the traffic noise and city lights - and can get a great nights sleep. It's a roomy and clean apartment with great amenities. I thoroughly recommend it as a really well located place to stay in Munich regards Kai and Tessa

The apartment was great. Perfect location and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The checkin photos were super helpful and made navigating the entrances so much easier. Nero pizza nearby was delicious.

We had a great stay at this apartment. Joanna is extremely friendly and was excellent in responding to our questions before and during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured and our family of four has a super comfortable time there. The staircase down that is mentioned in some reviews is not ideal, but certainly not a deal breaker and whilst we were there it looked like it was being renovated ( hand rail was installed) The location of this apartment as well as it’s comfort, is truly the highlight. Walking distance to everything - our 4 year old had no problem walking to some of the major sites ie. Marienplatz and the Museum it was that close. Thanks again to Joanna and co wishing to the best with this little gem of an apartment!

Very typical hotel but both my friend and I loved it. We had a mini kitchen in the room which we barely used but was handy for storing milk in. Bathroom was very clean and compact with nice toiletries included. Hospitality was ok, check in smooth and if I asked for directions to things they were helpful. Didn't try breakfast but did have food at the Italian place next door and that was amazing. Altogether a fantastic and convenient stay close to both the town and the bus and train station.

Hello, Maren is a very pleasant, available and attentive host. We exchanged on many subjects. Note, the directions to the apartment were very clear and accompanied by photos. In addition, the room is well appointed and the bedding comfortable and it is also very quiet. As an extension, the location of the apartment is perfectly suited for getting around on foot and discovering Munich. And the metro is 2 steps away. In short, an excellent stay with Maren and Munich.

I stayed at Maren's place for two nights. It was very conveniently located, less than 100m from the U-Bahn station. It is also very close to the city centre so I did not have to use public transport at all during the stay. Everything was as described in the listing. The room was cosy and well equipped. As other people have mentioned, visitors have access to a private bedroom while the host sleeps in the living room; I did not find this to be an issue at all. Maren was a lovely host and very friendly. Would recommend.

A great hotel

We had a delightful experience during our stay. We were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness from the staff from the start. This was our first time in a hotel with our infant son so we were a little apprehensive. However, the staff were very accommodating and provided a spacious infant crib for him. The room itself was cozy, dark and modern. When we walked in, we were treated to a perfumed smell and contemporary music. The soaps were first-rate and all the amenities were for sale. Lastly, when we came back from touring Munich, we found a complimentary bottled Negroni in the room with a pleasant note. When we were checking out, the staff provided excellent recommendations on where to go next, gave us a coupon to try a local gin (I asked because of the Negroni), and even called into Garmisch for us to check hotel availability. Our biggest regret was not staying longer. We look forward to coming back.

I was enthusiastic, a totally friendly reception in an accommodation that was full of life in the area, because in the middle of the city. I even got a present for my birthday from the hostess, who was really concerned about the physical well-being of her guest. So it was just a dream, and not just proverbial, because even the night's sleep was heavenly and spiritual. Thank you for the great week, even though I did not have much time, through the work.

Because it is a house in the center of Munich, I was able to play late into the night without worrying about the time of my return home. A house with 10 points out of 10.

Great place to stay! Easy access to a variety of restaurants and city scenes. Private and quiet building for the most part. These hosts are professional and are generous in their amenities and consideration of their guests!

This is my future choice for stays in Munich. The apartment is spacious and packed with amenities. It’s clean and stylish. This rental is top notch and the hosts are even better! Amad walked us through everything and mentioned som great spots to visit. Lisa is a very gracious host and was very communicative and helpful. They really take care of you. The room was very clean, with equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher and water heater, and the location was convenient near the central station. The check-in was kind and gave me various explanations of the room, which was very good. The host and the host returned immediately and they were very friendly and impressive!

Lisa’s apartment was perfect for our purpose! Location was very convenient close to the old town of Munich. The apartment is like a large hotel room or a small one room apartment. Very easy to find and even though we arrived late we where met by a very service minded friend of Lisa’s. I can only recommend.

The apartment is large and spacious. You can use everything that is in the house, including a washing machine (this was a huge plus for us). The location is really good (close to both: the center and the bus station) The owner answers quickly and is loyal to everything

Maximilian is an extremely friendly and accommodating host! His apartment is superb and the terrace surrounding the apartment is huge (very nice with the sun in the morning). In addition, he agreed to keep our suitcases during the day after our departure because we encountered problems with their storage. In short, great host, great apartment and very convenient location!

A great place to stay when in Munich. It was perfect for two people. The apartment is close to the city center and also to all forms of public transportation which means getting around Munich is super easy. Museums restaurants and other places of interest are within walking distance or easy ride on public transport. The apartment was clean and check-in and check-out easy. The hosts were very accommodating. Next time we are in Munich we will certainly check to see if this apartment is available.

Great appartement, very well situated. The only thing I feel like warning people about is when I stayed there, they were doing construction works in the lower level of the building, starting at 7am and it was very loud, impossible to stay asleep. I would recommend checking with the host if they’re finished.

Great location and stylish space! Myself and three friends were quite comfortable here. For those booking, be aware that the keynest (23hr a day key pickup location at a coffee/snack stand) is a 30min walk/10min drive and is difficult to park near the key pickup. Also, at the bnb itself, street parking is available and easy to pay through a smartphone app, but is approx 5€/2hrs during the day and less expensive in the evenings. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The house is pretty cozy and comfortable. The equipment is mordern so we had a perfect experience inside. The landlord is very kind, waiting for us for about one hour because our flight delayed. The house locates in the fifth flour and she helped us carry our luggage. The location is perfect as well which is almost near the city centre. We can walk to scenic spots. Every time we have questions, we call the landlord, she always helps us patiently. Generally, we enjoy the stay in the house. Thanks to the landlord.

Good flat

This apartment was well appointed with some small issues that sometimes happens in even the best of places. It was lovely to be so close to everything including the English Garden and supermarkets. We loved the city and thank you for sharing your space with us:)

The host was so kind, and the location is near from the center of München. I enjoyed the stay so much thanks to cleaned room and tidy interior design.

This is a nice apartment that is very centrally located. Our family of four spent our Christmas holiday in Munich. We were within a 4 minute walk to the trains and bus stops. It is also very close to many restaurants, fresh markets, and grocery stores. We also took walks to a few parks. You will need to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment but the balcony has a nice view of the streets and buildings. The building itself was quiet and the beds were comfortable and there was absolutely no street noise for a quiets nice rest. The kitchen is well equipped so we made a few meals, its just a little small for more than 2 people to cook. Finally, there is a small café steps away in the same building for a morning coffee or a snack.

My stay over 2 weeks at Emine was to my utmost satisfaction ... the location is top and very central. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and you fill up like at home. I will definitely book again. The Preisleistungsverhätnis is top ... I would recommend it further.

I stayed here for one and a half months. The location is super good. There is two doors in the room. One to the inside room and another to the road( as the exit, I don’t get the key of main entrance, only the key of this door.) The only problem is that there is no window and I can’t always open the door beside the street. So there is no fresh air in this room.

Everything as expected. Very central. Public transport is very close. I felt very well. I can only recommend. Soner is a very nice roommate. Gladly again..

Her co-host was always helpful, the flat/ room was furnished according to my expectations, also the location is very central.
