Genieße das besondere Flair eines 200 Jahre alten, reetgedeckten Bauernhauses, eines der schönsten Fachwerkhäuser im Ort. Es empfängt Dich ein ehemaliger Stall, jetzt eine hallenartige Diele mit besonderer Atmosphäre: Hier findest Du die kleine, stilvolle Ferienwohnung, eingebettet in ein schönes Naturensemble. Bekannt wurde dieses Haus, als 1976 die bekannte Schauspielerin Elisabeth Flickenschildt ihren Traum als Bäuerin auf dem Lande hier verwirklichen wollte, jedoch schon 1977 verstarb.

"Dien Uttied" steht für die besondere Auszeit in der Natur, fernab von Alltagsstress und Stadtlärm. In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

“Oase” vacation home with sauna, very idyllic

Ihr wohnt in einem einzeln stehenden Holzhaus mit eigener Sauna, sehr edlem Duschbereich und Terrasse. Der für 2 Personen ausgelegte Raum hat ca 55 m2 und umfasst ein Badezimmer, eine eingerichtete Küchenzeile, Sauna und Duschbereich. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist wild romantisch mit viel Wasser, Wiesen und Wäldern. Hunde sind willkommen. Wer mit mehr als 2 Personen anreisen möchte, dem empfehle ich mein zweites Inserat (unter meinem Profil) mit zusätzlichem Schlafzimmer.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Schwingestraße vacation home

Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our 1-room apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We look forward to seeing you soon...

Das Reihenendhaus liegt im Dorfkern und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt mittig zwischen Bremen, Hamburg und Cuxhaven. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert! The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
