Hello, we are a family run property in Hannover Messe nearby. Our rental is mainly aimed at business travellers and field staff, but also private travellers who are in the vicinity of Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to the Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

In the middle of Hildesheim (Designer apartment)

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Smoking is strictly prohibited!

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

„FreiRaum“ - Apartment near the city/trade fair

The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent. Please inquire in advance.

A cozy non-smoking apartment awaits you in Hildesheim's Südstadt. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a basically quiet 4-family house - but it is a normal house with everyday life in and around it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need and leaves room for what you bring yourself. If something is still missing: we have a good house community :-)
