A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
