It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und geht über 2 Etagen. Tagsüber kann man von hier schöne Ausflüge an das Meer oder an die Schlei unternehmen. Oder man genießt die eigene Terrasse im Garten oder liest ein Buch in der Hängematte. Alles ist möglich!

Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
