The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. The Milchverliebt apartment is quietly located, surrounded by meadows, cows, storks, deer and other animals. Our village offers relaxation, shopping can be reached by car within 10 to 15 minutes and beaches of the Elbe and the North Sea are very easy to reach by car or bike. Hamburg, Bremen, Cuxhaven, Stade, Bremerhaven could be your destinations. Ferries to Heligoland or Glücksstadt are not far away. Your kids will love this apartment.

Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
