Here you have a lovely house with lots of light and with beautiful sea views and pastures all around. Sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p) as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evenings in the kitchen or you can enjoy the summer evenings out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

If you want to entertain the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun swimming 33 km away. Smygehuk, Sweden's southernmost headland, is worth a visit. Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp are only 850 meters away.

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly home. Mullbärsgården is a beautiful Skånelänga from the 1800s. Carefully renovated in recent years. In Skivarps village, there is a historic inn within walking distance. 4 km away is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a jetty bath and Bongska huset, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come in.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
