My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

The apartment is characterized by the new furniture as well as the many light sources that contribute to creating a cozy atmosphere. The Sky Lounge vacation apartment is located in a house directly on Lake Teupitz. It offers a fantastic view of it. The sunsets are breathtaking. Teupitz is located directly on the highway and therefore very conveniently located to quickly drive to Berlin or the Spreewald. The apartment can also be reached by train and bus. On the property there is a terrace by the water with seating area, sun loungers and parasols, rowboat and a game room with billiards.
