In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

From the balcony you can watch the deer grazing on the adjacent forest meadow in the morning. In summer, you can walk to the lake in 3 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A bright and spacious gallery on the upper floor invites you to relax and linger.

We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

You'll love the family-friendly place because of the great surroundings and the plenty of space; a swimming area is within sight a stone's throw away; a SUP for exploring the lake is available. There is also a grill and a fire pit. A spacious garden with a Hollywood swing and hammocks invites families as well as those seeking peace and quiet.

Berlin-Mitte is km 25. In 15 minutes you are at the train station and from there it is 40 minutes by train to Berlin-Mitte. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities leave nothing to be desired.
