Kitchen fully furnished. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. The hallway on the ground floor is shared. (Entrance area) Wi-Fi / Netflix available. Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.
