There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Located on the ground floor at the back of the building, this studio benefits from direct access to a furnished patio.
